Can’t log in? Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen. If your account is signed in elsewhere, signing in again will end the other session.
WhatsApp messages not sending? Check that your WhatsApp Business account is still connected under Settings, and that the message template you are using is approved.
Dentally data looks out of date? Sync runs automatically. If something looks wrong, tell us the patient or appointment involved and roughly when you noticed it.
Billing question? Include the practice name and the invoice date and we’ll pull the record.
