Why we built Cubiqcloud
Born not in a tech office, but in the dental practice itself. Here's how it happened.
The problem we couldn't ignore
As practicing dentists, we faced the same frustrating challenge: thousands spent on marketing to attract new patients, yet we were still missing key opportunities with the patients already within our clinics. We were constantly pouring water into a leaking bucket. New patients enquired and went cold. Existing patients slipped away. Treatment plans were agreed and never followed up.
The tools that didn't exist
We initially tried manually tracking patient flows adding them into complex spreadsheets. We then tried generic CRM systems, but found they still demanded significant administrative time just for data inputting. None integrated with our Practice Management Software. None understood how a dental practice actually works.
