Yes — all Cubiqcloud plans include unlimited users at no extra cost. Your entire team can access the platform simultaneously. Each user can be given different access levels depending on their role.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during your 28-day free trial, you will not be charged at all. If you cancel after your trial has ended, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts — unless you've opted for an annual plan for the 5% discount, in which case the commitment is for 12 months.

No. WhatsApp is already on most patients' phones. They don't need to download anything new, create an account, or do anything other than reply to a message they receive — exactly the same as receiving a WhatsApp from a friend or family member. This is one of the key reasons WhatsApp has a 98% open rate compared to SMS.

WhatsApp message costs are separate from your Cubiqcloud subscription and are paid directly to WhatsApp (Meta). For a typical busy practice, this works out at approximately £20–30 per month. This compares to £80–200 per month for SMS messaging through most dental software providers. The saving alone often covers the cost of your Cubiqcloud subscription.

Currently, deep PMS integration (live sync, unbooked treatments, diary booking) is available for Dentally users on the Integrated and Enterprise plans. The Leads plan works with any practice — you don't need Dentally to use new patient capture, WhatsApp automation, AI responses, or any of the other core features. The AI is configured using your practice's specific information — your prices, hours, team, and processes. It only answers questions it has been given information about. If a patient asks something outside of what the AI knows, it flags the message to your team rather than guessing. You always have full visibility of every AI conversation, and your team can step in and reply manually at any point.
